    Meghan spent seven years in defense intelligence and decades in crisis response. She holds an MA in War Studies from King's College London and is completing a PhD in Political Science at the University of Chicago with a focus on adaptive problem solving and catastrophic risk mitigation.

    James is a software architect and AI specialist with a career spanning from startup innovation to defense industry development.

Why We Exist

Ivdrasil Industries was founded in February 2026 to respond to an issue the founders have frequently seen arise during crisis: decision tools stop working at the exact moment the network does. One founder spent seven years inside national intelligence operations, watching good analysis fail to produce coordinated action and decades assessing crisis response. The other has spent his career building software for defense groups and startups. These perspectives have come together toward a solution: Ivdrasil. 

We build for the organizations that have to keep running when the connection drops and the plans on the shelf disagree.
